Yalda Night was an opportunity for the Alef family to celebrate one of Iran’s most cherished traditions while also spending time together, revisiting our shared identity, and learning more about the brand’s journey.<\/p>\n
To mark the occasion, Alef organized an online Yalda competition for colleagues. The questions were based on Alef’s brand Credential and its affiliated brands, giving employees a chance to test their knowledge of the brand’s identity, values, and story in a friendly and engaging setting.<\/p>\n
Speed and accuracy were the two main criteria in the competition. Participants had a limited amount of time to answer the questions, and those who achieved the highest number of correct answers in the shortest time ranked at the top.<\/p>\n
At the end of the competition, five colleagues with the best overall performance received a Pakshoma Flow vacuum cleaner as a prize.<\/p>\n
The Alef Yalda competition was more than just a contest. It created an opportunity to revisit our shared identity, learn more about the organization, and enjoy a different kind of experience with the colleagues who help shape Alef every day.<\/p>\n
