Job Description and Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Management
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of production and operations
- Familiarity with industrial machinery
- Familiarity with industrial tools and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of strategic planning and strong time management skills
- Work location: Mahmoudabad Industrial Town, Qom
- Shuttle service available from Qom, Tehran, and Karaj
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading production line personnel
- Production planning and control
- Problem solving and providing effective solutions
- Preparing accurate and structured reports for management
- Effective communication with different organizational departments
- Implementing 5S workplace organization system
- Inspecting production quality and ensuring compliance with standards
