Job Description and Responsibilities

Job Definition:

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening the brand’s position in the market. This role focuses on brand strategy, customer experience, and cross-team coordination to increase market share and enhance brand value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Brand KPIs such as brand awareness, brand preference, and customer loyalty
  • Developing Customer Experience aligned with brand values
  • Managing Brand Identity including tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, product, and HR teams
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with business goals
  • Managing brand budget and evaluating effectiveness of activities
  • Planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Analyzing market, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Full ownership of the Home Appliances brand
  • Defining positioning, message house, and communication strategy
  • Defining campaign needs and writing brand briefs
  • Collaborating with Insight team for customer and competitor understanding
  • Supervising campaign execution by vertical teams and MarCom

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in branding or marketing
  • Strong knowledge of branding and marketing principles
  • Data analysis and strategic thinking skills
  • Project management and teamwork abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
